18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

Content Covered Under Section 2257:

All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on MyStage.ai comply with the age verification requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. §2257. All individuals featured in such content were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the relevant visual content was created. The necessary records confirming compliance are maintained in accordance with the requirements of Section 2257 and are available for inspection by authorized personnel.

Exemption Notice:

All other content hosted or distributed via MyStage.ai that does not depict sexually explicit conduct as specifically outlined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv), or falls under categories excluded by 18 U.S.C. §2257A and §2256(2)(A (v) post-March 19, 2009, is exempt from the record keeping provisions of Section 2257. Additionally, MyStage.ai does not act as a “primary producer” of user generated content as defined under 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c), and only functions as a platform intermediary.
