Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all users.

Refund Eligibility
Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.
Refunds are available for purchases made via:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Stablecoins (eligible stablecoins include those accepted at the time of purchase)
Credits that have been used or partially used are strictly non-refundable. Once a voucher is applied to a purchase or any part of it is consumed, the user forfeits the right to request a refund for those credits.
How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@mystage.ai.
- Provide Details:
- Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
- If you paid via stablecoins, provide: the transaction ID (TXID) of the original payment, the stablecoin type, the wallet address used for the transaction and reason for the refund request.
- Submit Within 3 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your purchase.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.
If approved:
- Refunds for credit/debit card purchases will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds for stablecoin purchases will be processed to the same cryptocurrency wallet address used in the original transaction. MyStage is not responsible for incorrect wallet information provided by the user.
Refund Fees
All transaction fees, processing fees, currency conversion fees, gas fees, and any other associated costs related to the refund will be borne by the user.
The refunded amount will be net of these applicable fees.
MyStage is not responsible for fees incurred by the user's financial institution, crypto network, or payment processor.
