Mystage (operating at mystage.ai) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. As a service provider under 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we are committed to complying with the DMCA's requirements, including responding to claims of copyright infringement appropriately. This document outlines our policy for handling notices of alleged copyright violations.
1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that content appearing on Mystage infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA notice to us. To be legally valid under the DMCA, your notification must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Details sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing content on Mystage (such as a direct URL).
- Your name, mailing address, email, and telephone number.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notice Process
If content you posted to Mystage has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was done in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a counter- notification. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and a declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court.
4. Repeat Infringement Policy
Mystage takes violations seriously. Users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access to the platform suspended or permanently terminated.
